Ingredients: 3 T. rice vinegar; 1 T. sugar; 3 T. soy sauce; 1/2 t. dry mustard; 2 T. sesame oil; 1 T.toasted sesame seeds; 1/4 - 1/2 cup peanut oil ( or any oil); mix all ingredients except oils first, then emulsify the oils in ( blend); For salad:; Chopped iceberg; lots of chopped cilantro; sliced green onions; chopped celery; shredded carrots; shredded napa cabbage; bean sprouts; chopped peanuts; cold chicken breasts shredded; any/all or combo of above. Enjoy!!

make salad dressing day before. I also add grated ginger and a bit of lime juice to dressing. Can do the chopping early in am. Then toss before serving .
