1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves
2 teaspoons Fresh Oregano Leaves
1/2 teaspoons Dried Red Pepper Flakes
1 whole Lemon, Zested
1 Tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium high heat.
