Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the steak and cook for 5 mins per side. Transfer the steak to a cutting board, cover loosely with foil and let stand for 10-15 mins.

Fill each tortilla with some red cabbage, steak slices and avocado salsa. Serve with the remaining salsa and garnish with lime wedges.
