1 pound Ground Beef
1 cup Onion, Finely Diced
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 cans Whole Green Chilies (4 Oz)
2 cups 4 Blend Mexican Cheese, Grated
4 whole Eggs
1/4 cups Flour
1- 1/2 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper
3 dashes Hot Sauce

Brown meat in skillet with onion and garlic.

Drain off excess fat.

Spray an 8x11 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Line the bottom of the dish with 1 can of green chilies (cut a slit in each chili to open it up and lay it in the dish flat).

Top chiles with 1 1/2 cups cheese.
