1 pound hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans green chilies
4 oz. grated cheese
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cup milk
4 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
dash tabasco

Lay chillies in bottom of a 9x13 pan,

Mix flour, eggs and milk and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
