Chile Nut Honey With Cheese

   1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. in a shallow baking pan toast walnuts for 10 to 12 minutes, just until they start to brown and becomoe aromatic. Cool slightly' chop coarsely.

   2. In a bowl, stir together nuts, honey, and ground red pepper.

   3. To serve bring cheese to room temperature. Serve with home mixture and crusty bread.
