Chile Cheese Casserole

   Beat eggs; add salt and pepper to taste and a pinch of garlic. Open chilies and clean seeds from them.

   Spread in the bottom of well buttered 8 x 8-inch Pyrex baking dish, alternating cheese and chilies in layers.

   Pour eggs over and bake 40 minutes at 350u00b0. Cut into one-inch squares or smaller.
