   Mix cornstarch and soda, blending well.

   Add in cool water and mix till smooth.

   Boil 1 minute till it looks like mash potatoes.

   Stir constantly.

   Spoon onto bread board.

   Cover with damp towel and allow to cold.

   Knead the dough and roll out.

   Use cookie cutters or possibly mold shapes by hand.

   Dry till hard 1 to 2 days.

    Paint ornaments with Tempra or possibly water colors.

    Dry and clear shallac.

    Press wire hanger into back before dough dries.
