Ingredients: 1/2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs; 1/2 c. flour; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/8 teaspoon pepper; 1/4 teaspoon oregano; 1/8 teaspoon paprika; 6 chicken breast cutlets, halved; 2 tbsp. veg. oil; 4 tbsp. butter; 2 tbsp. flour; 1 c. cool water; 1 c. red or possibly white wine; 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced

1/2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon paprika
6 chicken breast cutlets, halved
2 tbsp. veg. oil
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cool water
1 c. red or possibly white wine
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Blend crumbs, flour, seasonings.

Dip chicken breast in water, then dredge in the seasoned crumbs.

Heat half of oil and butter in skillet.

Saute/fry chicken till lightly browned, adding more oil and butter as needed.

Transfer chicken to casserole sprayed with Pam.

Add in wine to skillet, heat 30 seconds.

Blend 2 Tbsp.

flour with 1 c. cool water, add in to wine along with 1/2 c. mushrooms.

Bring to boil and let thicken.

Pour gravy over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
