Chicken With Peaches In Basil Sauce

   Brown chicken on both sides in oil in frypan over medium-high heat.

   Add onion half way through.

   Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup of juice.

   Add juice, soup and basil to frypan, stirring until smooth.

   Cover and simmer over low heat 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

   Stir peaches into skillet, cook until heated through.

   Serve over cooked Minute Rice.
