2- 1/2 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divided
1 Tablespoon Butter, Divided
2 Large Leeks, Trimmed, Washed Well And Thinly Sliced
2 Apples, Cored And Chopped
⅓ cups Sun Dried Tomatoes, Sliced
1/2 whole Lemon, Juiced
1/4 cups White Wine (or Chicken Broth)
Salt And Pepper, to taste

Season chicken breasts generously on both sides with salt and pepper.

Place flour in a shallow bowl, add chicken and coat each chicken breast lightly with the flour.
