Chicken (With a Sauce)

   Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and ketchup together in a bowl with a whisk.

   (It may take 2-5 minutes to get the honey incorporated into it so if it is not coming together right away, dont worry.)

   On a cookie sheet, place the chicken thighs evenly and pour all the sauce over the chicken.

   Place in the oven and baste every 10 minutes.

   You will also want to check the temperature to make sure it is fully cooked (it should be about 160-170 degrees F.) Dish up!

   Oh, and dont forget to put some sauce on your plate!

   Note: you can make this in large batches for larger groups; its super easy to make it for large groups.

   Dont be freaked out that youre putting orange juice in the sauce; it is definitely an odd ingredient for this but the chicken turns out amazing!
