Sauce; 2 tbsp Soy sauce (or mentsuyu); 2 tbsp Sugar; 2 tbsp Sake; 2 tbsp Mirin; 1 Garnish: lettuce, sesame seeds, parsley, etc.

1 Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Sake
