Chicken Scampi

   In a large frying pan,

   melt down margarine and add the finely chopped garlic;

   so they don't get brown. Add the chopped parsley and

   put the chicken in the pan. Cook this for 20 to 25

   You could add a little white pepper and 2 tablespoons of white
