Chicken Rolls

   Crush the chicken.

   Stir in 2 teaspoons of the egg, the breadcrumbs, onion and pinch salt.

   Blanch the beans and carrots in salted water.

   Stir a pinch of salt into the remaining beaten egg.

   Scramble the egg in oil until set.

   Cut a sheet of foil into a 10 inch square and place it on a sushi rolling mat.

   Brush with a small amount of oil.

   Spread with the chicken mixture, then the egg.

   Put the carrots and beans in the center.

    Roll as if for sushi.

    Place in a hot steamer.

    Cover and cook on high for 7-8 minutes.

    Slice into rounds.
