Chicken-Potato Soup

   Place chicken in large pot.

   Salt and pepper; boil until chicken is done.

   Remove from broth; bone and place boned chicken back in broth.

   Add onion, celery and potatoes.

   Cook until vegetables are done.

   Boil for 15 minutes at high temperature. This will give you a thick soup base.
