Chicken Parmesan

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Salt and pepper chicken.

   Mix together croutons, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.

   Dip each piece of chicken in melted butter, then roll in the crouton mixture until well-coated on both sides.

   Place in a foil-lined 9x13 pan coated with nonstick spray and cover tightly with foil.

   Bake for 1 hour covered, remove foil, and continue baking for 30 minutes.

   This can be served as a main dish or chopped and served in a big salad.
