2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts (4-6 pieces)
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 eggs
1 (32 oz.) jar Prego or Ragu spaghetti sauce mixed with 1/3 cup water
1 1/2 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, seasoned salt, pepper and paprika.

Beat eggs lightly.

Dip chicken pieces into egg and then into crumb mixture.

Pan fry in vegetable oil until both sides are a crispy brown (chicken need not be cooked through).

Place into a greased baking pan in a single layer.

Cover with spaghetti sauce mixture and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

Cover and bake at 350* for 1 hour or until chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Uncover and add mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
