Ingredients: 1 pkg. 6 inch flour tortillas; 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese; 1 1/2 c. shredded Jalapeno Monterey Jack cheese; 1 c. lowfat sour cream; Garlic salt to taste; 1/2 c. minced onions; 1 can minced green chilies; 1 pound grnd chuck or possibly chicken; 1 lg. can tomato sauce; 1/4 teaspoon cumin; 1 can enchilada sauce

1 pkg. 6 inch flour tortillas
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Jalapeno Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. lowfat sour cream
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 c. minced onions
1 can minced green chilies
1 pound grnd chuck or possibly chicken
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 can enchilada sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix 1 c. Cheddar cheese, 1 c. Monterey Jack, lowfat sour cream, onion, and garlic salt.

Brown meat with 1/4 tsp.
