Boil water add chicken and carrots

Add pepper, celery salt, salt, sage, let boil till carrots covered about 15 minutes until they are almost done shred the chicken add back to pot

Make a roux melt the butter with 1 cup sr flour stir till like a thick batter add to chicken and stock stirring constantly till tickened add noodles cook till done

In a bowl add all your ingredients for fried bread make a thick batter

Get a frying pan hot add oil to fry with maybe start with quarter cup but add as you need it

Add small puddles of batter to hot oil in pan cook for 2-3 minutes then flip bread cook another 2 minutes on second side if any raw batter got on some of the cooked side flip again till raww batter gets cooked

When done add to paper towel to absorb excess oil serve with chicken noodles hope you enjoy
