Ingredients: 300 grams Noodles (you can use your favorite one); 1 liter water (boiled); 200 grams Chinese Spinach (cut into pieces); 3 tomato (cut into pieces); 250 grams chicken breast; 5 clove garlic (chopped); 7 clove shallot (cut into pieces); 2 bayleaf; 3 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 tsp pepper; 7 tbsp Black Soyben sauce; 2 pinch salt; 5 tbsp water; 1 pinch nutmeg powder; 3 boiled eggs; 500 grams beef (minced); 100 grams chicken (minced); 3 eggs white; 50 cold water; 150 grams tapioca starch; 2 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp pepper powder; 1 tsp salt

300 grams Noodles (you can use your favorite one)
1 liter water (boiled)
200 grams Chinese Spinach (cut into pieces)
3 tomato (cut into pieces)

500 grams beef (minced)
100 grams chicken (minced)
3 eggs white
50 cold water
150 grams tapioca starch

1 tsp pepper powder

Meatball : mix all ingredients until mix well and chill the dough in one hour.

Black Soyben Chicken Sauce : saute the garlic and shallot, put in the bayleaf, until have a good smell, pour in the black Soyben sauce 5 tablespoon of water wait until boiled perfectly and put in the cube chicken breast.

boil you fav noodles and set it into 3 bowl do the same things with chinese spinach.

put in the fresh tomato, one small ladle your black Soyben chicken sauce + egg and some meatballs on the top of your noodles, and pour in one medium ladle of boiled water (you can put in more your fav seasoning (salt n pepper)

you can add crushed cayanne to get spicy taste and tomato sauce for yummy taste.
