1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
Cornstarch
1 green onion, minced
1 c. carrots, shredded
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 pound boneless chicken
2 tbsp. peanut oil
Cooked rice

Mix together first 5 ingredients.

Set aside.

Cut chicken into 1 x 3 strips, coat in cornstarch.

Stir fry 2 min, remove from pan.

Add in carrots and onion and stir fry 2-3 min.
