Chicken Murphy Recipe

   Wash chicken parts, remove skin.

   Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic pwdr and bake in oven for 45 min at 350 degrees.

   Cut potatoes then fry and set aside.

   Fry onions only till limp and set aside.

   Cut up bell pepper, fry and set aside.

6. 6

   Cut up vinegar and warm peppers, not too small.

7. 7

   When chicken is done cover with potatoes, onions and peppers.

   Cover and return to oven.

   Bake about 30 min more or possibly till warm all through.
