Ingredients: 1 vegetable oil/olive oil; 5 medium onion, chopped; 4 cardamon; 3 bay leaves; 1 few whole black peppers; 1 few cloves; 1 tsp whole cumin; 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste; 1 can chopped tomatoes; 1 tsp coriander powder; 1/2 tsp turmeric powder; 1/2 tsp ground cumin; 1 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder (you can add less or more); 1/2 tsp allspice; 1 tsp salt (if you feel less then add it per your taste); 1 kg chicken mince; 1 fresh coriander to sprinkle on top

1 vegetable oil/olive oil
5 medium onion, chopped

3 bay leaves

1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder (you can add less or more)
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp salt (if you feel less then add it per your taste)
1 kg chicken mince
1 fresh coriander to sprinkle on top

Add oil in a skillet and then add the first 6 ingredients.

After the onions are soft and getting abit golden add ginger garlic paste and fry until golden brown.

Then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric,salt, all spice, coriander and cumin powder.

Mashed it until it looks pulpy and smooth.

Then once you see the oil coming up then add the mince.

Let it cook and brake the lumps if you get it.

Then when its done switch off the stove and sprinkle fresh coriander on top and serve it with rice, naan, bread or roti.
