Ingredients: 500 gms chicken; 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste; 1 egg; 2 tbsp pepper; to taste salt; 1 whole garlic minced; 1 spring of green onions chopped; 2-3 tbsp soy sauce; 1 cup yogurt; 1 tbsp all purpose flour/ maida; 5 to 6 green chillies according to ur spice level; 1 lime; 1 tbsp chilli powder; 1/4 tbsp tumeric powder

500 gms chicken
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 egg
2 tbsp pepper
to taste salt
1 whole garlic minced
1 spring of green onions chopped
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp all purpose flour/ maida
5 to 6 green chillies according to ur spice level
1 lime
1 tbsp chilli powder
1/4 tbsp tumeric powder

Cut the chicken breast into thin long strips.

Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lime juice,pepper,salt and egg.

Marinate for 4 hrs.

After the 1st step., heat oil in a pan and coat the chicken pieces with corn flour and fry them till golden brown.

Place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil

Using the same pan and oil.

Heat it up.. add minced garlic , green chillies and fry for a minute.

Add tumeric and chilli powder and fry for few seconds.

Take a cup of yogurt and add 1 tbsp of all purpose flour /maida flour and whisk well without any clumps

Add yogurt mixture to the pan and mix well for 20 sec without forming any clumps.

Add soy sauce now and mix again

Finally add the fried chicken pieces and coat well .

And cook for 2 minutes and add chopped green onions and mix well.
