wash the hearts, then chop liver, hearts and only a couple of giblets if you're not making a big dish.

in a bit of olive oil add red onions till they are lightly browned then add garlic and stir, after a minute or two add the giblets , season it and stir for a while.

add hearts chopped in half or whole and stir till both giblets and hearts change colour then add sweet peppers and soy sauce.

let cook for a few minutes then add the liver and mix in gently using a wooden spoon.

cover and let cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

you can eat it with any side, I love it with pita bread adding mayonnaise :) you can make beef liver the same way but with hot spices.
