2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 pinch sugar
1 teaspoon rude curry paste
1 chile, hot red minced
2 tablespoons chicken broth (or water)
½ cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
¼ cup cilantro, chopped

In a hot wok over high heat add oil, onions and garlic.

Stir fry 3 minutes or until fragrant.
