Chicken In The Blanket

   Melt butter in bottom of a roast pan.

   Put sliced potatoes in pan with cut up chicken on top.

   Bake at 350u00b0 approximately 1 hour or until all is tender.

   Mix together flour, baking powder, lard and salt; add enough milk to stir and all is moist.

   Put this mixture on top of chicken and bake until biscuit mixture is firm and light brown.

   Make a brown gravy and pour over biscuits.
