Chicken in Orange Sauce

   Beat orange juice, honey and coffee granules in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

   Add potato starch; mix well.

   Set aside until ready to use.

   Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add chicken; cook 3 min.

   on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

   Add grapes; cook and stir 1 min.

   Add orange juice mixture; cook 4 to 5 min.

   or until sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked through (170F.)
