Chicken in Brandy Cream Sauce

   In 10-in skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

   Cook chicken in oil 10-15 min., turning once, until juices of chicken are clear.

   Stir in mushrooms, onions, salt and brandy.

   Cook 4-5 min.

   or until mushrooms are tender and most of liquid has evaporated.

   Gradually stir in whipped cream.

   Cook about 2 min.
