1 bay leaf
1 c. beer
1/4 c. tomato sauce
2 tsp. paprika

1/2 c. sour cream

Brown chicken parts (coated with flour or not) in oil; set aside.

In same skillet, add onions and brown slightly, shaking skillet.

Take from heat; cool until fat has risen to surface. Skim off fat.
