Chicken Imperial

   Pound chicken breasts to flatten (or have butcher put through their machine).

   Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings.

   Dip chicken in melted butter, then in crumb mixture; roll chicken, tucking in ends.

   Place in baking dish, dot with butter and bake for 50 minutes in 350u00b0 oven.
