Chicken Hamburgers With Coleslaw

   Finely grind the chicken. Place it in a bowl with the mustard, garlic, salsa, cheese, salt, and pepper. MIx well, divide into 2 equal parts, form into patties, and cook in a skillet until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.

   Heat the hamburger buns and place a burger in each.

   Prepare the salad by mixing the mayonnaise, lime juice, salsa, parsley, and cilantro together in a salad bowl. Add the cabbage and pepper and mix to combine. Refrigerate until serving.

   Top the burgers with the coleslaw and serve.
