1 chicken breast per person
1-2 tbsp. oil
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 onions, sliced (optional)
2 green peppers, sliced (optional)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon bottled Liquid Smoke
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp. lime juice
Flour tortillas
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Lowfat sour cream
Guacamole

Cut chicken into strips and marinate in lime juice while slicing vegetables.

Heat oil and saute/fry garlic, add in onion rings and green peppers, saute/fry.
