1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. flour
Salad oil
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. sake, mirin or possibly white wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
MSG

Cut chicken in small pcs.

Sprinkle with garlic salt.

Dip in egg mix, then flour.

Fry in deep fat.

Combine wine, soy sauce, sugar and MSG.
