Preheat the oven to 375u00b0F. Mix the paprika with 2 tbsp of oil and the honey. Season to taste and rub the mixture into the chicken drumsticks. Put them in a large, ovenproof dish and bake for about 45 mins.

Meanwhile, to make the carrots, toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan, then remove them and leave them to cool. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan and saute the carrots for 2 mins. Add 1/2 cup of water and a pinch of sugar and season to taste. Simmer for 5-7 mins, then toss with the sesame seeds and keep warm.
