1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream
3 Tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced thin

Cook broccoli until tender.

Drain.

Arrange crosswise in 13 x 9 x 2-inch (3-quart) baking dish.

Melt butter; add flour, broth and cream.

Stir in cheese and sherry and salt. Pour half of the sauce on broccoli.

Arrange chicken slices on top of broccoli, then pour on the remaining sauce.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350u00b0 or until hot, then broil just until sauce browns.
