6 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups chopped onions
1/2 cup cane syrup
1/4 cup finely diced fresh jalapeno pepper
2 cups heavy cream

Bring just to a boil, reduce the heat to low, then cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is done, about 15 minutes.
