3 lg. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can creamy onion soup
Dash of garlic pwdr
1 slice ham for each chicken breast
1 slice cheese, Swiss or possibly Mozzarella for each chicken breast
