1 pkg. Oven Fry coating mix
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 can mushrooms
3 Tbsp. white wine
Mushroom Sauce (recipe in Soups, Salads and Sauces section)
