Cover the top of the chicken breast with plastic wrap and pound with a rolling pin or meat pounder till the piece is 2x the size you started with.

Repeat with each piece of chicken breast.

On the pounded piece of chicken, lay 1/2 slice of ham and 1 slice of mozarella cheese.

Fold the chicken double.

Repeat with all chicken pieces.

In one bowl mix the flour, salt and pepper.

In another bowl mix the egg and milk.

Put the bread crumbs in a third bowl.

Place the folded chicken in the flour mix, the in the egg mixture and then coat it with the bread crumbs.

Bake in the oven at 350F for approximately 30 minutes.
