   Flatten the chicken breast to 1/3 of an inch aprox.

   Melt 3/4 of the butter in the microwave.

   Use the remainding butter to coat the baking dish.

   Put the melted butter in a bowl.

   Put the bread crumbs and the parmesan toguether in a bowl and mix them.

   Dredge the chicken in the butter and then the bread crumbs mixture.

   Once this is done on both sides roll it up and set on a baking dish.

   At this point you can freeze or save in the refrigerator until ready to bake.

   Bake covered at 350 F. for about 40 min. and bake uncover at 375 for 20 min. or until golden brown.
