¼ cup toasted pecans, chopped
5 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons grated romano cheese
⅔ cup chopped leeks or ⅔ cup onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
¼ teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped chives

Make stuffing according to package directions.

Press in the bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Blend together cheeses, eggs, flour, salts & pepper until smooth.

In a skillet melt margarine, add leeks, peppers, garlic and chives and cook until soft about 5 minutes.

Allow to cool then add cheese mixture.

Stir in parsley and chicken.

Pour into pan, smooth top and put pecans on top and bake for 30 minutes.
