   Boil chicken for 1 hour or until done.

   Cook broccoli.

   Cut chicken and broccoli into bite size pieces.

   In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, put 1 layer of chicken, 1 layer of broccoli and 1 layer of cheese.

   Repeat layers.

   Then spread both cans of soup over all. Cover with stuffing and bake in a 350u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour or until bubbly.
