place chicken in a bowl. pour a little olive oil over the chicken.

add garlic, 1 spoon basil (I use a little chicken powder as well; about 1 spoon)

heat your frying pan. when hot sear the chicken about 5 minutes both sides.

when done, put in a roasting pan and set to the side.

cut up the onion, smoked sausage, bell peppers (chunked).

saute in a little oil until the onions are translucent.

pour over the chicken in the roasting pan. pour spaghetti sauce on top.

Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake 35-40 minutes.
