1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato paste
1/4 c. red wine
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 small can tomatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. hot water
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt

In hot oil, brown on all sides.

Push to one side of pan and cook onions, mushrooms and garlic.
