Place water in a mixing bowl; sprinkle with yeast.

Let stand until foamy (5 minutes).

Spray another medium-sized bowl with cooking spray and set aside.

In the bowl with the yeast, whisk sugar, oil, and salt.

Add half of the flour and mix.

Switch to a dough hook.

Slowly add the remainder of the flour until a sticky dough forms.

Continue to knead in the mixer for about 5 minutes.

Transfer dough to the oiled bowl and turn to coat.

Cover with a towel and allow to rise in a warm place until it doubles in size (about an hour).

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Turn dough out onto a floured surface and roll out to desired thickness.

Transfer to a pizza pan and prick the surface all over gently with a fork.

Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven and spread salsa evenly over the surface.

Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella, all of the chicken, beans, and onions.

Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.

Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until crust is gold brown and cooked all the way through.

Remove pizza from the oven, cut into slices.

If desired, top with pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.
