Chicken Breasts In Raspberry Sauce

   Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in a heavy 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat; quickly roll the chicken in the margarine.

   Lay the buttered paper over them; cover casserole and place in 400u00b0 oven.

   After 6 minutes, press top of chicken with finger; if still soft, return to oven for a moment or two.

   When the meat is springy to the touch, it is done.

   Remove chicken to a warm platter and cover while making sauce.
