1 Salt and pepper
3 tbsp Katakuriko
1/2 Onion
4 tbsp Ketchup
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
