Ingredients: 3 c. cooked rice; 3 c. cooked wild rice; 2 cans cream of chicken soup; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 can broccoli cheese soup; 1 pt. half and half; 2 chickens, deboned; 2 c. chopped celery; 2 c. chopped bell pepper; 2 small chopped onions; 1 can sliced water chestnuts; 1 small jar pimentos; 1 stick butter; grated cheese; bacon bits

Servings: persons

3 c. cooked rice
3 c. cooked wild rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1 pt. half and half
2 chickens, deboned
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 small chopped onions
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small jar pimentos
1 stick butter
grated cheese
bacon bits

Prepare rices (1 cup dry rice - 3 cups cooked).

(One 6 ounce Uncle Ben's rice is what I use.)

Saute in butter, celery, bell pepper, onion, water chestnuts and pimentos.

Mix in soups, half and half, chicken and rice.

Allow mixture to blend well.

Bake in oven at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Add grated cheese, cook and additional 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve with bacon bits sprinkled.
